Larch is a tough and durable timber. That, combined with its beautiful grain and colours makes it an ideal choice for exterior cladding on buildings.

James Carr & Sons (Sawmillers) Ltd are able to offer several cladding options:

Vertical Board on Board Larch Cladding

Our standard Larch Cladding boards are cut to 150 x 22mm in 3.6m and 4.8m lengths. With our modern sawmilling equipment we can however cut to whatever dimensions are required .They are supplied either straight off the saw or planed all round for a smoother finish.

Vertical Board with Coverslips Larch Cladding

Similar to Board-on-Board Larch Cladding but the second layer of boards are replaced with narrower boards

Standard Board sizes are 150 x 22mm and 50 x 22mm for the coverslips

These boards can be supplied either sawn finish or planed all round

Horizontal Feather Edge  Larch Cladding

The Larch boards are cut at an angle so the can overlap each other

Standard size of these boards is 3600 x 150 x 20 to 6mm Taper

Horizontal Waney Edge Larch Cladding

The Larch boards are cut with I straight edge and one Waney edge

Standard Boards are 3600 x 200 (minimum size) x 20mm
